Pet Crew L.L.C – FZ ("we," "us," "our") is a licensed in-home pet care service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). This policy explains what we collect through our website and services, why we collect it, and your rights.

When you contact us, request a booking, or use our services, we may collect: your name, phone number, and email address; your general area in Dubai and, once you become a client, your home address and access instructions; details about your pet (such as name, species, routine, health and dietary notes) needed to provide safe care; service dates, booking history, and payment and invoicing details; messages you send us via our website form, email, or WhatsApp. We also collect limited technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) through privacy-friendly website analytics.

We use your information only to: respond to enquiries and provide quotes; deliver and manage our pet care services, including the meet & greet, scheduling, and visit updates; process payments and issue invoices; keep your pet's care instructions accurate and your home access secure; improve our website and services. We collect only what we need for these purposes.

Your data is stored securely within our business systems. Home access details and keys are handled under strict internal procedures and shared only with the sitter assigned to your booking. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by UAE law, after which it is deleted.

5 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: the vetted pet sitter assigned to your booking, limited to what they need to care for your pet; trusted service providers who help us operate (such as our website, communication, and payment platforms); authorities where required by law. All parties are required to handle your data securely and in line with applicable law.

6 Photos and Visit Updates

During visits we take photos and short videos of your pet to send you updates and keep care records. We do not publish photos taken in your home on social media or marketing materials without your permission.

Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to processing
• Object to or restrict certain processing
